We are partnered with Blackwells' Farm Produce - also based in Coggeshall - which is why we can work so closely with local farmers, growers, and suppliers who share our passion for quality and sustainability.
Our À La Carte menus are designed to move with the seasons. By changing them every month, we can spotlight the freshest seasonal ingredients available. Each menu is a reflection of our local British farmers, offering our guests the chance to experience something new every time they join us. We work alongside local people and farms who can provide us with their meats, fish, fresh fruit and vegetables, and more - our menus are built on trusted relationships and carefully chosen produce.
Sustainability and provenance are central to our ethos. We believe that knowing where your food comes from, and how it was raised or grown, adds another layer of enjoyment to the dining experience. That’s why even our Sunday menu is updated weekly, listing not only the farms we work with but also the specific breeds of livestock we are proud to serve. It’s our way of giving our customers complete transparency, as well as credit to the people in our communities that offer us only the best for our menus.
We aim to cater for as many people as possible within the community, therefore we also have a separate Vegan/Vegetarian A la Carte menu as well one especially for Kids, making us the ideal spot for if you have dietary preferences or you are having a meal with the whole family.
